1. Manager - Risk Assessment, LCCT (Contract Basis)

Roles and Responsibilities:
•Coordinate initiative toward the implementation of the following program which relates to Risk Management Section
?Property Risk Management Program
?Business and Operation Risk Management Program
?Occupational Safety and Health Management Program
•Report to the Senior Manager on risk issues and advice on the organization risk management performance and activities
•Plan and coordinate Risk Management Training Program with the relevant department
•Assist Senior Manager in the management of staff related matter which includes training and problem solving
•Provide expertise and advice in implementing Risk Management data submission from other department for analysis and improvement recommendation
•Coordinate follow up and review process for Risk Management data submission from other department for analysis and improvement recommendation
•Assist Senior Manager on Office administration which include but not limited to:
?Budget review
?Staff movement
?Document control
?Standard Operation Procedure
?Training and evaluation
•Prepare report and/or management paper for the Risk Management Committee/Management Meeting

•Degree in Insurance / Risk Management with 3 years related working experience at Managerial level

2. Quantity Surveyor, LCCT (Contract Basis)

Roles and Responsibilities:
•Review and check/comments all the Tender/Contract Document prepared by Quantity Surveyor Consultant
•Prepare Contract Documents, Consultants' Memorandum of Agreement and other contractual agreement
•Responsible for the evaluation of work-in-progress and the preparation of Progress Payment Certificates to be forwarded to Client Office
•Responsible for all preparation of Variation Works, EOT, CNC, Statement of Final Account, CMGD and Final Payment

•Degree in Quantity Surveying with 3 years working experience in Quantity Surveying/Contract or any related field
•Preferably a Graduate Member of BOQS/ISM

3. Document Controller, LCCT (Contract Basis)

Roles and Responsibilities:
•Filing of project documents and drawings in conjunction with project and corporate naming and numbering procedure
•Issuing and receiving of controlled documentation and creation of general electronics transmittals to the Client Office, Planning & development Division and Project Management Consultant
•Scanning of documentation and liaising with external reprographics company
•Archiving, retrieval and storage of documentation adhering to company standards and policies
•Check all information compiles with specified company formats, templates and standard
•Administer the issuance, receipt and tracking of all consultants, contractors and suppliers deliverable through to close out and handover stage
•Conduct quality checks and audits of documents base, identifying and correcting any anomalies
•Awareness of all necessary procedures to ensure that Document Management is carried out at optimum effectiveness
•General document control activities
•Data entry into content management system ensuring data validation and revision control
•Ensure all information created, reviewed and published aligns with classification scheme and company retention and disposal guidelines

•Diploma in Library Science/Information Science
•Those with Degree in Library Science / Information Science will have an added advantage
•Working knowledge of web based content management
•Understanding of Document Control Process
•Computer literacy and knowledge of Document Management Systems
