*are a Malaysian with Diploma or Degree in any disipline from local public universities, polytechnics and community colleges
*graduate in year 2009 and onwards
*have good interpersonal skill with ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English
*are enthusiatic to learn, acquire new skills and knowledge
*are eager to work abroad (for international placement)
