AEON Co. (M) Bhd (formerly known as Jaya Jusco Stores Bhd) was incorporated on 15 September, 1984 in response to the Malaysian Government's invitation to AEON Japan to help modernize the retailing industry in Malaysia. Since then, the JUSCO name has established itself to become a leading retailer in Malaysia known among the locals as well as foreigners. AEON's constant interior redecorations of outlets is to project an image designed to satisfy the ever changing needs and demands of consumers. The Company's performance has been further enhanced by the management's acute understanding of targeted market needs and the provision of a correct product - mix, with most of its stores located in suburban residential areas. In line with our aggressive expansion plan, we are seeking for new talents to come on board as part of our family.

1. Trainer

Location: Bandar Utama/Bandar Sunway/Mid Valley

Responsibilities:
-Deliver new staff orientation for operation staff
-To implement, organize and conduct off job training and on job training program for staff development
-Monitor training record attendance of operation staff
-Assist in identifying the training needs and measure effectiveness training by post evaluation
-Monitor and ensure that all course materials/ equipment required to deliver the training are fully prepared
-Deliver high standard of training to meet the desired outcome
-Responsible for the program implementation and evaluation

Requirements:
-Diploma or Degree in any fields
-Have related experience in customer service or retail industry will be added advantage
-Able to work under pressure and multi task in a fast paced and intellectually demanding environment
-Posses good organizational planning and facilitating skills
-Good interpersonal skill and communication skills
-Confident and able to conduct training independently
-Analytical, independent, tactful and resourceful
-Deadline oriented individual
-Applicants must be prepared to travel for conducting training and store visitations within all stores
-Posses own transport will be added advantage
