Kerja Kosong Bank Negara Malaysia

Permohonan adalah dipelawa kepada warganegara Malaysia bagi mengisi kekosongan jawatan di Bank Negara Malaysia seperti berikut:-

1. Clerical Officer (Operator)

Responsibilities:

-Perform physical server and monitoring of networks and report any problems immediately to all relevant parties.
-Provide first response to troubleshoot minor ICT problems whenever required.
-Assist in media management inclusive of media reporting, disposal and daily courier services, and ready for media retrieval from Recovery Centre as and when requested by support staff.
-Responsible for all backups and restoration related duties and functions.
-Manage the backup and recovery run schedules, status reports and logging all related problems into the backup/recovery helpdesk.
-Assist support staff for any system maintenance and data recovery.
-Conduct environmental monitoring (especially humidity and temperature) and report any problems to be escalated and reported immediately to all relevant parties.
-Manage all access activities in /out of the Data Centre.
-Manage keys and access to secured racks.
-Maintain the environment and safety / security precautions in Data Centre areas.
-Undertake duties given by any Lead Operation Officers and also to perform relief duties in the absence of any Operation Officers. Able to work during non working days and longer hours, if needed.

Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level or Professional Certificate in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
-Preferably at least 1 year of experience in IT department in areas such as systems development and maintenance.
-1 Full-Time position(s) available.
